Wedding Expo Philippines March 2026 Book to Win Promo

Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo will run on March 28 and 29, 2026 during the 46th Wedding Expo Philippines at SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
2. The Grand Draw will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 7:30 PM at Hall 2, SMX Convention Center Manila, under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
3. The promo is open to all visitors of the Wedding Expo Philippines 46th Edition who are eighteen (18) years old and above.
4. Every ₱2,000 single booking or purchase of any participating exhibitor’s product or service entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
5. All booking or purchase receipts may be exchanged for the corresponding number of raffle coupons at the BOOK TO WIN Promo Booth located at Hall 3 of SMX Convention Center Manila during the Wedding Expo Philippines 46th Edition. Raffle coupons must be claimed personally by the customer whose name appears on the receipt. Acceptable receipts include:
   • Service Invoice
   • Official Receipt with Service Invoice Stamp approved by the BIR
   • Provisional Receipt
6. To join the raffle promo, the customer must completely fill out the raffle coupon, indicating the following:
   • Full Name
   • Address
   • Contact Number
   • Email Address
7. The participant must affix his/her signature before dropping the entry into the Drop Box / Tambiolo located at Hall 3 of SMX Convention Center Manila.
8. Deadline for submission of raffle entries is Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
9. Prizes to be won:
   • Two-Night Stay for Two (2) with Breakfast at Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery
   • Two-Night Stay for Two (2) with Breakfast at Sheraton Manila Hotel at Newport World Resorts
   • A Polished Wedding Band Paired with a Sparkling Eternity Ring in 14K White Gold
   • ₱100,000 Dream Honeymoon Fund Cash Prize from Themes & Motifs
10. Hotel vouchers will be issued to the winners of the hotel stay prizes. The vouchers will be valid 1 year from date of issuance. Validity extension should not be subject to hotel approval.
11. A Prize Certificate will be issued to the winner of the Goldenhills Jewelry wedding rings.
12. The ₱100,000 Honeymoon Fund Cash Prize will be released in the form of check payment.
13. A participant may only win once during the promo period. In the event that a participant’s name is drawn more than once, he/she shall receive the prize of higher value only.
14. Winners will be notified through telephone, email, and registered mail and may claim their respective prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification, upon presentation of the following:
    • Winning raffle stub
    • Valid identification such as Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License, GSIS ID, SSS ID, or other government-issued ID
15. Prizes exceeding ₱10,000 will be subject to a 20% withholding tax in accordance with Bureau of Internal Revenue regulations. Winners shall assume responsibility for the payment of all applicable taxes and fees.
16. The Hotel prizes and Wedding Rings Prizes are not convertible to cash.
17. Hotel vouchers, prize certificates, and check may be claimed at: Themes & Motifs – The Special Events Co., Inc., 3rd Floor RCDC Building, 152 Fernando Poe Jr. Avenue (formerly Roosevelt Avenue), SFDM, Quezon City
18. Transportation and other expenses incurred in claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner.
19. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Themes & Motifs, with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
20. Employees of Themes & Motifs, participating sponsors, exhibitors, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
